How long does shipping take?

Every product page shows its own honest window before you pay. Items in US warehouses arrive in 3-8 days; items shipping from our supplier’s overseas warehouse arrive in 7-14 days, and the product page says which is which.

How much is shipping?

Zero. Shipping inside the United States is free on everything, and the price on the tag is the whole price.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships, usually within 1-3 business days of ordering.

Do the heated jacket and vest come with a battery?

The bundle option includes a 10,000 mAh USB power bank. The jacket-only and vest-only options do not, which we say right on the product page. Any 5V/2A USB power bank you already own works.

How do sizes run?

Every sized product carries a size chart measured in inches. Measure something you own that fits and compare numbers; it beats guessing from a letter.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us through the contact page with a photo and your order number, and a real person will sort it out.
